i like it. for one i love old stuff... i also like stuff with texture, which this has, and i also like the color scheme a lot. i think it's looking pretty good, but i do think it could be pushed further...

i'd try to give it even more texture, and include the text when doing so. maybe the paint of the text drips just a tiny bit, or a bit of it is missing, scratched off... it looks a bit crisp.

also, you've got some pixelated edges in areas, like the bottom left - you got some stairs going there, and a little bit around the center rings too.

anyway, just some suggestions. i really like what you have, i just think you can keep pushing it.

great. i'm glad to see you pushed the texture further. nicely done...

i still feel like the text could be messed with a little more. the words 'deviantart' and 'birthday' are just too nice looking for this beatup old image. i'd chip away at those letters a bit so they're not so 'perfect' looking. erase little bits from them or discolor them slightly...

but other than that this looks great, loving the texture.
